Previous Lash Lovers Package Holders Rules/General Lash Fill Rules:

- Lash Fills must be in within Three (3) weeks for lash fill, if more than 3 weeks, then it’s a Full set.
- If you have a Lash pkg: The following packages will be reduced -2pkgs for Full set-3 pkgs for Volume Full Set. You may also pay the current full set price and save your lash fills.

- Lash Fill packages/sessions are Non-Refundable. No exceptions. May only be transferred to another person.

- 24 Hours is required to cancel or reschedule, otherwise 1 session will be reduced.

- To maximize your lash time, please remove all eye makeup and mascara and do not apply any eye creams or moisturizer around the eye area.

- Plan your work out before appointment.

- Book ahead online or in the Salon before you leave to get in on the best time and day that works best for you.

- Silence cell phone- Please no conference calls or asking lash technician to answer the cell or read messages.Avoid Caffeine before appointment.
- Must sign New Client Profile, Waiver and Release form

- Please be on time for your appointment. Call as soon as you know you are going to be late. If your 15 minutes late or more, it’s going to be up to the discretion of the Lash Technician, if the appointment will be taken or rescheduled. Either way the package is fully reduced.

Do not spray tan 3 hrs. before or after lash application.
No aggressive laser or facial treatments- minimum 2 weeks
Please no pets or children
Botox and fillers – cannot lie down to get extensions for a min of 3 hrs. Cancellation Policy:
New Lash Clients must place a deposit of $50 to hold appointment. Twenty four (24) hour notice required to cancel or reschedule or deposit is retained. If Yelp/Groupon Voucher/Deal, twenty four (24) hour notice required to cancel or reschedule otherwise yelp/Groupon voucher is forfeited.
New Wax/Lash Tint/Lash Perm/Mini Facial clients must place a deposit of $25 to hold appointment. 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule or deposit is retained.
New Brow Microblade must place a deposit of $100 (non-refundable) to hold appointment. An one time reschedule will be granted with36 hour notice. Otherwise there will be a new deposit to reschedule.
NO Refunds on any beauty service or products. Not all services available at all locations. We reserve the right to deny service.
Excessive lateness will not be accepted

Brow Microblading
3-D Brow Microblade – starts at $650- 2 1/2 hrs. aprox.The Newest Brow Trend! If you’re tired of filling in your eyebrows. This may be your solution. Brow Microblade is where a hand tool is used to instill hairlike strokes, filling in sparse, over plucked eyebrows. The result natural looking, arched & fuller looking Eyebrows.Includes touch up in 8 wks- not more than 4 months
Ombre Powder– starts at $650– aprox 2.5 hrs Permanent makeup up that is done with a shade tool or machine to mimick the look of ” Brow powder makeup.” lighter in the inner part of eyebrows. Recommended for oily skin and for clients that want that “makeup look” Looks soft and natural.
Hybrid (combination) $750 Brow Microblade hairstrokes & powder combo technique.
3-D Brow Microblade/Ombre Touch Up- starts at $250- 2 hrs. aprox. Recommended 9 months to 1 yr. but not more than 2 yrs. of original brow microblade. touches up shape and pigment.
Microblade Hybrid touch up starts at $350 hairstrokes with shading touch up recomended 1yr to 2 yrs.
Brow Microblade (permanent Makeup) – Removal starts at $250 hr

Removal of permanent makeup up on brows or body (small area 1×1 inches). May take a few sessions, it depends on your skin type, how old and deep the pigment is. NO guarantees.
Corrective Permanent Makeup Service
Starts at $650
Touch up after that $250 after 8 weeks.To attempt to correct previous work that has an undesired shape, pigment color or discoloration. Depending on the dept of the previous pigment and condition of skin. May need additional touch ups to achieve desired results. Results not guaranteed.
